Printing Options

We offer two main methods for customizing tote bags.

1. Full-Color Forever Laser Dark No-Cut Heat Transfer Printing

Forever Laser Dark No-Cut technology allows full-color images, logos, text, illustrations, and complex graphic designs to be transferred onto fabric using specialized heat transfer materials and a heat press.

Technology Features:

• Full-color printing with white toner — enables the reproduction of multicolored images, logos, and illustrations, including white elements. White toner is also used as an underbase beneath colored images, helping maintain their brightness and vibrancy on dark and colored fabrics.

• High level of detail — clear reproduction of fine elements, text, and complex graphic designs.

• Application without a solid background film — the technology allows individual image elements to be transferred without leaving a large rectangular layer of material around them.

• Custom designs — tote bags can be personalized with corporate branding, promotional messages, or original illustrations.

This method is particularly suitable for complex full-color artwork, multicolored logos, and images containing a high level of detail.

2. FLEX Heat Transfer Vinyl Application

In addition to full-color printing, we offer custom designs made with special FLEX heat transfer vinyl films, which are cut to the contours of the artwork and applied to the fabric using a heat press.

This technology is ideal for text, logos, symbols, and graphic elements with clearly defined outlines.

Available FLEX Vinyl Options:

• Colored vinyl — for applying text, logos, and graphic elements in a selected color.

• Reflective vinyl — reflects light when illuminated.

• Glow-in-the-dark vinyl — absorbs light and glows in the dark.

• Holographic vinyl — creates a decorative color-shifting effect depending on lighting and viewing angle.

• Gold and silver vinyl — creates decorative text and logos with a metallic appearance.

Availability, color options, and pricing for special FLEX vinyl films are confirmed individually upon request by our manager.

Print Sizes

Two print formats are available for Forever Laser Dark No-Cut full-color heat transfer printing:

• A4 — maximum print area: 277 × 190 mm. Suitable for logos, text, illustrations, and compact graphic designs.

• A3 — maximum print area: 277 × 400 mm. Allows larger images, promotional graphics, oversized logos, and eye-catching custom designs.

Please note: the dimensions specified above refer to the maximum image size for the corresponding heat transfer material format, not the actual dimensions of an A4 or A3 sheet.

The final print size and placement are determined based on the tote bag's construction, artwork specifications, and the technical limitations of the printing process.

For FLEX heat transfer vinyl, available print dimensions and production feasibility are determined individually depending on the selected material, artwork complexity, and order requirements.
