A4 — 210 × 297 mm — an option for letters, proposals, accompanying documents and everyday office use.
A letterhead is a sheet featuring your logo, company name, contact details and other recurring design elements. It is used for business correspondence, proposals and documents with a consistent corporate identity.
The PrintMe catalogue lets you choose the size, black-and-white or colour printing, and printing on one or both sides. For different paper, a non-standard layout or several letterhead versions, we will prepare an individual quote.
Choose your letterhead printing options. The content depends on your company's needs and brand guidelines. Your letterhead can include:
Leave enough clear space for the document itself. Decorative elements and backgrounds should not make the text harder to read.
Before printing, check that the company name, contact information and business details in the approved artwork are up to date.
A4 — 210 × 297 mm — an option for letters, proposals, accompanying documents and everyday office use.
A3 — 297 × 420 mm — a larger format for tables, diagrams and other information that needs more space.
The standard option in the catalogue is 80 gsm office paper. Other weights or specialist materials are agreed and quoted separately.
When choosing paper, consider whether the letterheads will be used for printing text, handwriting, signing or stamping. Tell us about these requirements before production.
Let us know in advance if the finished letterheads will go through your office printer. Provide the printer type or model and your paper requirements.
Compatibility needs to be agreed for the finished letterhead, taking both the paper and the preprinting method into account. Where needed, we can discuss testing a sample before producing the batch.
Black-and-white printing can be used for logos, company details and graphics that do not need colour.
Colour printing suits branded designs, colour logos and other elements specified in your brand guidelines.
Single-sided and double-sided options are available on the product page. If the main document text will be printed on both sides, take this into account when agreeing the fixed letterhead elements.
If you have specific brand colour requirements, send your brand guidelines or a sample. We will agree how to approve the result and whether a test print is needed before production.
We can quote letterheads for different departments, addresses, languages or companies. Give each artwork file a separate name and specify the quantity required.
If only the contact or business details change, send an approved file for each version. This helps us calculate the order correctly and check that every version is included in the batch.
For a larger run of one design, we can compare production options where appropriate. Learn more about digital printing and offset printing.
Ideally, provide a PDF at the finished size. If you need a design prepared, we will also need your logo, company details, contact information and design requirements.
Position important information with the margins and trimming in mind. If graphics need to extend to the edge of the sheet, agree the technical preparation with us.
View our artwork requirements. If you do not have a finished file, we can agree on creating or adjusting one. This work is quoted separately.
The price of letterhead printing depends on the size, paper, colour options, number of printed sides, quantity and number of different designs.
For a quote, send your file, quantity, required size and preferred delivery date. If you plan to print on the letterheads again in the office, include that information in your enquiry.
We confirm whether urgent production is possible after checking the order. Collection in Kyiv and delivery across Ukraine are available.
