Choose your digital brochure printing options.The finished, closed size is 210 × 297 mm. It suits instructions with detailed diagrams, learning materials, tables and documents where text and images need to remain large.
An A4 brochure has a spread size of 420 × 297 mm. When ordering, specify the finished publication size.
The finished size is 148 × 210 mm. This compact option suits promotional brochures, reference guides, training materials and handouts for events or document packs.
If the original artwork was prepared at a larger size, check the legibility of text, tables and captions before reducing it.
Black-and-white brochures suit text-based instructions, procedures, training materials and other publications that remain clear without colour.
Colour brochures suit photographs, illustrations, branded designs and diagrams with colour coding.
The product page offers double-sided black-and-white and double-sided colour printing. If you need a black-and-white text block with a colour cover, or a mix of colour and monochrome pages, include this in your quote request.
The standard product offers 8 to 60 pages in increments of 4. For a different page count, we need to check production feasibility against your artwork.
A page is one side of a sheet. Do not confuse the number of PDF pages with the number of physical sheets in a finished brochure. Specify the cover requirements separately and state whether it is included in the total page count.
The standard material on the product page is 80 gsm office paper. Other weights, text-block paper and a separate cover are quoted individually.
Standard binding uses two metal staples along the fold. The suitability of this construction depends on the size, page count and material thickness.
The product page offers standard runs of 50 to 500 copies. These are options for this specific product; other quantities are agreed separately.
For several versions of an instruction manual or learning material, send the quantity required for each artwork file. A total run made from different files needs to be calculated with every version taken into account.
For a large batch of one publication, we can compare digital and offset printing where appropriate. The choice depends on the size, pages, paper, colour options and finishing.
Send a PDF with individual pages in reading order and specify the finished size. Agree any page imposition with your account manager beforehand.
Position important text, page numbers and images with trimming and binding in mind. We agree bleed, margins and cover preparation for the chosen construction.
