Check the specifications of your chosen bag before ordering. If handle length, fabric weight, how the bag is carried or fitting particular items inside matters, include these requirements in your enquiry.
The bag size and print size are different measurements. We agree the available print area with the seams, handles and image positioning in mind.
Branded totes are used for events, exhibitions, corporate gifts and packaging customer sets. The design can be coordinated with your brand colours and other company materials.
For a batch quote, send your logo, bag quantity and preferred delivery date. If you need different prints, specify the quantity for each design.
You can coordinate the tote design with branded mugs or corporate clothing. Set contents and packaging are quoted separately.
For a personal order, you can use an illustration, photograph, name, short message or a combination of elements.

Ideally, provide a vector original for a logo. Send photographs or raster illustrations at their original quality, without additional compression.
Include your preferred print dimensions and an example of its position. Check small text and fine elements at the finished size.

The printing method depends on the fabric composition and colour, image and number of bags. For the listed model, we agree the printing specifications alongside the artwork.
If you need a specific brand colour or want to repeat a previous result, send your brand guidelines or a sample. We determine whether a sample bag is needed and how to approve the colour before production.
Printing on customer-supplied bags is considered after checking their material, construction and condition.
Washing, drying and ironing instructions need to suit both the finished bag and its print. Ask for these when ordering.
If you expect to wash the bag frequently or use it in particular conditions, tell us before choosing the bag and agreeing the printing.
