What to Include on a Clothing Tag

The content depends on the product's purpose and your branding. A tag can include:

your logo and brand name;
the model or collection name;
size, colour and item number;
a price or space to add it;
composition and care instructions;
your website, contact details or a QR code.

Arrange the key information so it is easy to read at the finished size. For a small tag, prioritise the important details rather than shrinking all the text.

If an attachment hole is required, leave room for it in the artwork.

Clothing Tag Sizes

The digital product page offers three formats:

50 × 50 mm — a square tag for a logo and short information.
50 × 90 mm — an elongated format for your brand name and product details.
55 × 85 mm — a rectangular option combining graphics and text.

Portrait or landscape artwork can be agreed. For another size, send the width, height and preferred shape so we can check production feasibility.

Materials and Paper Weights

The catalogue offers these stocks for digitally printed tags:

gloss stocks at 250 and 300 gsm;
matt DNS stocks at 250, 300 and 400 gsm.

Choose the stock to suit the tag size, required stiffness and appearance. Agree the weight and surface alongside the printing and finishing.

If you need to write, stamp or add a price to the finished tag, tell us before selecting the material and coating.

Single-Sided or Double-Sided Printing

The digital product page offers single-sided and double-sided colour printing.

One side can feature your logo and branding, with the item number, size, composition or other information on the reverse. For double-sided orders, prepare both sides with the agreed orientation.

If you need different versions for models, sizes or collections, send the quantity for each design. Variable numbers, prices and codes are agreed separately to your brief.

Lamination, Corners and Attachment

The product page offers unlaminated tags or gloss, matt and Soft-Touch lamination. Rounded corners are also available.

If the tag needs a cord or another attachment, specify the required hole, its diameter and position. Feasibility and the cost of this finishing are agreed separately.

Confirm whether cords, fasteners or other components are required when requesting a quote.

Digital and Offset Clothing Tag Printing

For digital printing, the product page offers packs of 96, 192, 288, 384 and 480 pieces. Check both the selected pack and the number of packs ordered.

This option can be considered for small batches, new collection launches and designs that are updated periodically.

For a larger run of one design, we can quote offset production. We compare costs using the same dimensions, materials, colour options and finishing.

Artwork and Order Pricing

Send your artwork at the finished size, ideally as a PDF. A vector original is preferred for the logo. Before printing, check the text, item numbers, sizes and QR codes.

Account for safe margins, bleed and the hole area before approving the file. See our artwork requirements for general guidance.

The price depends on the size, material, quantity, number of designs, printed sides and finishing. Artwork creation and additional work are quoted separately.

We confirm production time after checking the specifications. Collection in Kyiv and delivery across Ukraine are available.
