Banners – Large Format Printing
A banner is a large-format advertising and informational medium used for building façades, retail and exhibition spaces, advertising structures, events, presentations, and other applications. Large-format printing makes it possible to produce large banners with bright colours, sharp images, and information that remains clearly readable from a distance.
Materials
Cast Banner — a strong and durable banner material with high resistance to mechanical stress and weather conditions. Well suited for outdoor advertising, façade structures, signs, advertising stands, and long-term use.
Laminated Banner — an economical banner material for short- and medium-term advertising campaigns. Suitable for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, temporary advertising structures, and indoor use.
Mesh Banner — a perforated material with a mesh structure that allows air to pass through and reduces wind load. Ideally suited for large façades, construction fencing, scaffolding, and other large outdoor installations.
Double-Sided Cast Banner — a product made from two separately printed cast banners, placed back-to-back and fastened together with shared eyelets around the perimeter. This option allows a separate image to be displayed on each side and is suitable for installations where the advertisement needs to be visible from two directions.
Eyelets
Three standard banner options are available:
Without Eyelets — banner without eyelets
Eyelets Every 30 cm — eyelets are installed around the perimeter of the banner at approximately 30 cm intervals
Eyelets Every 40 cm — eyelets are installed around the perimeter of the banner at approximately 40 cm intervals
If required, custom eyelet placement is available according to installation requirements or customer specifications.

Banner Hemming
Two standard options are available:
Without Hemming — banner edges are left without additional hemming
Hemmed for Eyelets (without gluing) — the banner edge is folded over for subsequent eyelet installation, without additional gluing
If hemming is required, there is no need to add or mark it in the artwork. The hem is left unprinted, and we will add the required extra material ourselves when preparing the banner for production.
Banner Size
The banner price on the website is calculated per 1 m². To determine the required area, multiply the banner width by its height in metres and round the result up to the next whole number.
Example:
Banner size — 2 × 1.5 m
2 × 1.5 = 3 m²
For your order, select 3 m².
Banner size — 2.2 × 1.5 m
2.2 × 1.5 = 3.3 m² → round up to 4 m².
For your order, select 4 m².

Banner layout requirements
Size 1:1 in mm. Finished product size.
40 mm on each size. Safety zone for eyelets, which should not protrude from important layout elements (text/logo).
Dear client, archive your layout before uploading to the site in zip or rar.
Layout Requirements:
1. Color Model/Gamma - CMYK;
2. Screen resolution- 75-150 dpi (pix/inch);
3. Layout Format - pdf;
4. Fonts are necessarily converted to curves;
5. The layout should not contain cutting marks, die-cuts, creasing and any other objects that should not be printed. In no case should you set hidden indents/bleeds, when laying out for printing, they can cut off the product and there will be no place for cutting;
6. For a saturated black filling, use the formula - C 30; M 30; Y 30; K 100.
If you do not have the opportunity to make a layout?
You can order an additional service "Making a layout". In order for our designers to start working, we need to receive a Terms of Reference (TOR) from you, which should contain all the necessary information that should be on the finished layout: wishes for colors/background, if there are examples of work/backgrounds/pictures that you like, as well as schematically or in writing indicate the desired location of the necessary information in the layout. You can enter this information in a comment to the order or in a response letter that will be sent to your mail with a notification about the creation of the order.
If you don`t have the skills to work in graphic programs and you cannot make a layout by yourself, entrust this work to our professionals - this will save your time and you will get the expected result.
The cost and timing of the layout?
The cost of manufacturing the layout is indicated above in the product. The price includes the development of a layout, based on the received TOR (the price includes searching for images in the free Google catalog in the amount of up to 3 pieces with their simple refinement/adjustment, text placement according to the TOR, selection of fonts at the discretion of the designer or based on the TOR) the number of one version and subsequent revisions of the layout based on the written comments of the customer, one revision is a layout sent for confirmation once after a written comment (maximum three written corrections).
The term for the production of the layout is usually from 1 to 3 working days or more, depending on the completeness of the received Terms of Reference, the speed of viewing and feedback from the client on the submitted layout.
Attention!
Failure to comply with the requirements for layouts very often leads to unpleasant situations and the re-launch of the circulation at the expense of the customer. If you have strict requirements for color, it is imperative to order a color proof, only in this case you can get the desired color, since the color you see on the screen differs from the color when printed.
