A notebook is a practical printed product for writing, taking notes, planning, and everyday use, which can also serve as an effective carrier of a company’s corporate identity. Branded notebooks are used as corporate stationery, promotional materials, gifts for customers and employees, as well as for conferences, exhibitions, and other events. Digital printing allows for fast production of notebooks in small and medium print runs, providing high image quality, vibrant color reproduction, and the possibility of creating products with a custom design.

- A5 — 148 × 210 mm — a versatile and convenient format for everyday notes, planning, and use during meetings

Materials
Inner pages — office paper:
- 80 g/m² — a practical and economical option for everyday writing, notes, and planning, suitable for use with pens, pencils, and other standard writing instruments
Cover — glossy coated paper:
- 250 g/m² — a dense glossy material for the cover that provides vibrant color reproduction, a neat and presentable appearance, and additional protection for the inner pages
Notebooks can also be produced using materials of different weights for both the cover and the inner pages.

Lamination
If required, notebook cover lamination is available to provide additional protection and your preferred surface finish:
- Glossy — vibrant colors and a glossy finish
- Matte — a refined, elegant appearance without glare
- Soft-Touch — a velvety, premium tactile surface

Inner Pages
The standard notebook contains 50 sheets. Notebooks with a different number of sheets can also be produced if required.

Inner Page Printing
If required, printing on the notebook’s inner pages is available in the following options:
- 1+0 — single-sided black-and-white printing
- 1+1 — double-sided black-and-white printing
- 4+0 — single-sided full-color printing
- 4+4 — double-sided full-color printing

Binding
Notebooks are bound using spiral binding. Two binding positions are available:
- Along the short edge — a convenient option for vertical page flipping
- Along the long edge — a classic option for horizontal page flipping

- 500 pcs
Custom print runs are also available according to your requirements.

Artwork Preparation
The notebook price is calculated on the condition that the customer provides print-ready artwork. If print-ready artwork is not available or the provided artwork requires prepress preparation, the cost of artwork preparation is calculated individually upon request.

206х293 mm. Area that important layout elements should not protrude (text/logo).

Dear client, archive your layout before uploading to the site in zip or rar.
Layout Requirements:
1. Color Model/Gamma - CMYK;
2. Screen resolution- 300 dpi (pix/inch);
3. Layout Format - pdf;
4. Fonts are necessarily converted to curves;
5. The layout should not contain cutting marks, die-cuts, creasing and any other objects that should not be printed. In no case should you set hidden indents/bleeds, when laying out for printing, they can cut off the product and there will be no place for cutting;
6. For a saturated black filling, use the formula - C 60; M 40; Y 40; K 100;
7. Use the formula for black text - С 0; М 0; Y 0; K 100, when printing in all colors of small font, graininess appears, which looks like blurry text;
8. It is not acceptable to provide files with spreads, only one-page files are accepted;
9. The block, cover and lining are provided as separate files with an indication in the name of the part of the product (BLOC, OBL and PODL);
10. Important information should be located no closer than 15 mm to the firmware (spring).
If you do not have the opportunity to make a layout?
You can order an additional service "Making a layout". In order for our designers to start working, we need to receive a Terms of Reference (TOR) from you, which should contain all the necessary information that should be on the finished layout: wishes for colors/background, if there are examples of work/backgrounds/pictures that you like, as well as schematically or in writing indicate the desired location of the necessary information in the layout. You can enter this information in a comment to the order or in a response letter that will be sent to your mail with a notification about the creation of the order.
If you don`t have the skills to work in graphic programs and you cannot make a layout by yourself, entrust this work to our professionals - this will save your time and you will get the expected result.
The cost and timing of the layout?
The cost of manufacturing the layout is indicated above in the product. The price includes the development of a layout, based on the received TOR (the price includes searching for images in the free Google catalog in the amount of up to 3 pieces with their simple refinement/adjustment, text placement according to the TOR, selection of fonts at the discretion of the designer or based on the TOR) the number of one version and subsequent revisions of the layout based on the written comments of the customer, one revision is a layout sent for confirmation once after a written comment (maximum three written corrections).
The term for the production of the layout is usually from 1 to 3 working days or more, depending on the completeness of the received Terms of Reference, the speed of viewing and feedback from the client on the submitted layout.
Attention!
Failure to comply with the requirements for layouts very often leads to unpleasant situations and the re-launch of the circulation at the expense of the customer. If you have strict requirements for color, it is imperative to order a color proof, only in this case you can get the desired color, since the color you see on the screen differs from the color when printed.
