Digital Sticker Printing
Digital sticker printing is a convenient and effective way to produce self-adhesive products for product labeling, packaging branding, advertising, and decorating various items. Stickers featuring a logo, brand name, contact information, or custom design help emphasize a company's visual identity, make products more recognizable, and give packaging a professional, finished appearance.
Thanks to full-color digital printing technology, stickers can feature photographs, illustrations, logos, text, and complex graphic elements. Digital printing is particularly suitable for small and medium print runs when fast production, high image quality, and flexible order quantities are important.
Printing Materials
Depending on the intended application and conditions of use, you can choose a suitable self-adhesive material:
White self-adhesive paper — a practical and economical option for labels, product identification, packaging branding, and indoor applications.
White self-adhesive film — a material suitable for stickers requiring greater resistance to moisture and mechanical wear compared to paper labels.
Transparent self-adhesive film — allows stickers to be produced with a transparent background, helping the printed design blend naturally with the surface of the product or packaging.
Shapes and Sizes
Stickers are available in various shapes and sizes to meet individual customer requirements.
Available shapes:
Rectangular and square — a versatile option for product labels, informational stickers, and promotional applications.
Round and oval — a popular choice for logos, packaging branding, seals, and decorative applications.
Custom die-cut shapes — stickers with individually designed contours that follow the shape of a logo, illustration, or other graphic element.
Sticker sizes can be standard or customized depending on the artwork and intended application.
Printing Technology
We use full-color digital printing to accurately reproduce both simple graphic elements and complex multicolor designs.
Features of Digital Printing:
Full-color printing — reproduction of logos, photographs, illustrations, and graphic compositions.
High level of detail — sharp reproduction of small text, fine lines, and design elements.
Vibrant colors — high-quality image reproduction when artwork is properly prepared.
Flexible print runs — production of small and medium quantities without the need for printing plates.
Fast production — digital technology helps reduce the time required to prepare orders for printing.
Important! Printing on Transparent Film
Our digital printing process does not use white toner, so this limitation must be considered when preparing artwork and ordering stickers on transparent self-adhesive film.
Colored elements — printed colors on transparent film will have a certain degree of transparency because there is no white underprint beneath them. Their appearance and color intensity will depend on the color of the surface to which the sticker is applied.
White elements in the artwork — will not be printed. These areas will remain transparent, showing the clear film without any printed ink or toner.
Light colors — may appear less saturated, especially when stickers are applied to dark or colo
