Requirements for the layout of Forever Multi-Trans paper
Layout Requirements:
297х420 mm. Pre-cut format of the product.
277х400 mm (1 cm on each side). Area that important layout elements should not protrude (text/logo).

Layout Requirements:
1. The sheet should be in a vertical position (Portret);
2. Color Model/Gamma - CMYK;
3. Screen resolution- 300 dpi (pix/inch);
4. The layout is preferably in vector form (all raster elements with a resolution of 300 dpi (pix/inch));
5. Layout Format - pdf;
6. Fonts are necessarily converted to curves;
7. For elements that should not be printed, the transparency is set to 100% (the printer will print other colors according to the layout, the printer applies the white background under the CMYK independently in the place where the layout does not have a transparent background, but CMYK);
8. It is not recommended to use translucent elements in the layout, because they will be automatically whitened, which can distort the color;
9. It is advisable not to use halftones, shadows or transparencies on the edges of the layout, as white color will lie under this area, and in places where CMYK will no longer be printed, white will lie automatically anyway. You should also use good quality edges on the images without excessive pixelation, as this will add a white border when the image is printed;
10. For a saturated black filling, use the formula - C 60; M 40; Y 40; K 100. Black color when printing on OKI is combined, in this regard, other formulas may give a shade of a different color.

You can order an additional service "Making a layout". In order for our designers to start working, we need to receive a Terms of Reference (TOR) from you, which should contain all the necessary information that should be on the finished layout: wishes for colors/background, if there are examples of work/backgrounds/pictures that you like, as well as schematically or in writing indicate the desired location of the necessary information in the layout. You can enter this information in a comment to the order or in a response letter that will be sent to your mail with a notification about the creation of the order.
If you don`t have the skills to work in graphic programs and you cannot make a layout by yourself, entrust this work to our professionals - this will save your time and you will get the expected result.
The cost and timing of the layout?
The cost of manufacturing the layout is indicated above in the product. The price includes the development of a layout, based on the received TOR (the price includes searching for images in the free Google catalog in the amount of up to 3 pieces with their simple refinement/adjustment, text placement according to the TOR, selection of fonts at the discretion of the designer or based on the TOR) the number of one version and subsequent revisions of the layout based on the written comments of the customer, one revision is a layout sent for confirmation once after a written comment (maximum three written corrections).
The term for the production of the layout is usually from 1 to 3 working days or more, depending on the completeness of the received Terms of Reference, the speed of viewing and feedback from the client on the submitted layout.
Attention!
Failure to comply with the requirements for layouts very often leads to unpleasant situations and the re-launch of the circulation at the expense of the customer. If you have strict requirements for color, it is imperative to order a color proof, only in this case you can get the desired color, since the color you see on the screen differs from the color when printed.
