Custom Printed Puzzles (Sublimation Printing)

Custom printed puzzles are an original way to turn a favorite photograph, illustration, logo, or any other image into an engaging jigsaw puzzle. A personalized puzzle makes a unique gift, an interesting souvenir, a promotional product, or an addition to a company's branded merchandise.

Thanks to full-color sublimation printing, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, and complex graphic designs can be transferred onto the puzzle surface. The image is applied to a specially coated surface using heat, ensuring high-quality reproduction of details and colors.

Puzzles are available in two sizes — A4 and A5, as well as two versions: standard and magnetic.

Sizes and Dimensions

We offer two puzzle options with different dimensions and numbers of pieces:

• A4 — 290 × 200 mm, 120 pieces. A larger puzzle with more pieces, ideal for photographs, illustrations, promotional images, and complex graphic designs.

• A5 — 200 × 145 mm, 80 pieces. A compact puzzle suitable for small gifts, souvenirs, personalized images, and corporate merchandise.

Puzzle Types

Depending on the intended use, you can choose one of two versions:

• Standard puzzle — a classic jigsaw puzzle consisting of individual pieces that must be assembled to form a complete image. Suitable for gifts, entertainment, and souvenirs.

• Magnetic puzzle — a puzzle with a magnetic backing, allowing the pieces to be placed on suitable metal surfaces, such as refrigerators or magnetic boards. This version combines the functionality of a jigsaw puzzle with a decorative magnetic souvenir.

Material and Base Color

Base color — pearlescent white.

The puzzle surface features a special coating designed for sublimation printing and a subtle pearlescent effect that gives the finished product an attractive appearance.

The pearlescent base may affect the appearance of printed colors, creating a delicate shimmer across the image.

Printing Technology

We use full-color sublimation printing to personalize puzzles. During this process, the image is transferred onto a specially prepared surface using a heat press.

Important! Sublimation Printing Characteristics

Sublimation printing does not use white ink, so white elements in the artwork will not be printed. These areas will retain the natural color of the puzzle base — pearlescent white.

Please also note that the actual colors of the finished image may differ slightly from those displayed on your screen due to the characteristics of sublimation printing, the pearlescent coating, and individual device color settings.
