Printing Materials

Depending on the intended application and conditions of use, you can choose a suitable self-adhesive material:

• White self-adhesive paper — a practical and economical option for labels, product identification, packaging branding, and indoor applications.

• White self-adhesive film — a material suitable for stickers requiring greater resistance to moisture and mechanical wear compared to paper labels.

• Transparent self-adhesive film — allows stickers to be produced with a transparent background, helping the printed design blend naturally with the surface of the product or packaging.

Sticker shape — round. Stickers are produced with a precise circular outline using plotter cutting technology.

Important! Printing on Transparent Film

Our digital printing process does not use white toner, so this limitation must be considered when preparing artwork and ordering round stickers on transparent self-adhesive film.

• Colored elements — printed colors on transparent film will have a certain degree of transparency because there is no white underprint beneath them. Their appearance and color intensity will depend on the color of the surface to which the sticker is applied.

• White elements in the artwork — will not be printed. These areas will remain transparent, showing the clear film without any printed toner.

• Light colors — may appear less saturated, especially when stickers are applied to dark or colored surfaces.

We recommend considering these characteristics when preparing artwork, especially if the stickers will be applied to dark, colored, or transparent surfaces.

Plotter Cutting of Round Stickers

Round stickers are produced using contour plotter cutting, which ensures precise cutting of each sticker to the specified diameter.

The plotter cuts through the upper self-adhesive material along the circular outline while leaving the backing liner intact. This keeps the stickers on a shared sheet, allowing them to be easily peeled off before application.

Sticker Packs

We also offer custom sticker packs in various sizes, which can contain a selection of round stickers featuring identical or different designs.

The production of sticker packs combines two cutting methods:

• Plotter contour cutting within the sheet — each round sticker is cut along its individual outline while remaining on a shared backing liner.

• Guillotine cutting to the final sticker pack size — the completed sheet is trimmed to the required rectangular dimensions.

The cost of producing sticker packs is calculated individually upon request to our manager, depending on sheet dimensions, the number of stickers, and order quantity.
