If your artwork is not suitable for this construction, we will discuss the available options before preparing a quote.

Instruction manual printing in large quantities

We produce instruction manuals for manufacturers, suppliers and service companies. We recommend a format based on the amount of documentation, the readability of diagrams and the size of the packaging.

Black-and-white printing may suit text-based instructions. If colour is needed for markings, diagrams or the design, we can quote for colour printing.

To request a quote, send your PDF, quantity and preferred completion date. If you need instructions for different product models or in several languages, specify the quantity of each version separately.

A4, A5 and A6 brochures: paper and colour options

Format. We print A4, A5 and A6 brochures. Please specify the size of the finished, closed publication in your enquiry. We can assess other formats once we have reviewed your artwork.

Inside pages. We recommend paper to suit the text, photographs, diagrams and intended use of the publication.

Cover. The cover can be printed on different paper from the inside pages. We agree on the specifications for the inside pages and cover separately.

Colour options. Black-and-white and colour printing are available. For teaching guides and instructions that are mainly text, you can combine black-and-white inside pages with a colour cover.

How we produce your print run

Check the file. We review the main technical specifications of your PDF, including the format, page order and binding margins.
Agree on the order. We confirm the paper, colour options, construction, price and lead time.
Print and bind. We produce the pages and cover, collate them, bind the booklets and trim them to their finished size.
Check and hand over. We inspect the finished products and pack them for collection in Kyiv or delivery across Ukraine.

We assess production feasibility based on your order specifications. Tell us how many copies you need and we will confirm the terms and price.

Is urgent printing available?

Tell us your required date when you contact us. Feasibility depends on the scope of work, materials and production workload. We agree on the lead time before production starts.

Yes. We accept payment by bank transfer with VAT and provide the paperwork for your order.
