Offset printing is a method of producing print runs using printing plates. Preparation and press setup create initial costs that are spread across the copies in your order.

Offset is worth considering when you need a large quantity of identical materials for an advertising campaign, a retail chain, dealers or regular distribution.

Size, paper, colour and finishing

Size. Specify the finished product dimensions in your enquiry. For folded brochures, also include the unfolded size and fold layout.

Paper. We select materials to suit the intended use, images, thickness and finishing. Include any preferences for paper surface and weight in your brief.

Colour. We agree printing requirements for each side separately. If a brand colour is important, send the relevant brand guidelines.

Finishing. Trimming, folding, binding, lamination and other operations are included in the quote after we check the construction and materials.

Offset printing prices

The price comprises preparation for printing, materials, production of the print run and the agreed finishing.

If you have not yet chosen the specifications, we will help you define them. Where needed, we can compare several quantities or paper options.

The unit price and the total order cost are different figures. Increasing the quantity may reduce the unit price while increasing the total budget. We can quote for the quantities you need so that you can compare them.

Artwork and colour approval

Before production, we check the main technical specifications of your PDF: dimensions, bleed, margins, images and suitability for the product's construction.

For a large print run, it is important to check the final text, contact details, product codes and images before approving printing.

If colour accuracy is critical, send your brand guidelines and any existing sample. We will agree how to approve the colour and whether a proof is needed before production.

What quantity makes offset printing cost-effective?

There is no universal quantity. The price depends on size, paper, colour, designs and finishing. Send your specifications and we will calculate a suitable option.

Can I print several different designs?

Yes. The number of versions must be considered before quoting. A large combined run of many different designs does not have the same production costs as the same number of copies of a single design.

Can you match a previous order exactly?

Send the previous specifications, file and a sample if you still have one. We will check material availability and agree the requirements for the repeat print run.

Does printing on offset paper always mean offset printing?

No. The paper's name does not determine the printing method. We also consider the quantity, artwork, colour and finishing when choosing how to produce your order.

Is urgent printing available?

Tell us when you need to receive the order. We will check artwork readiness, materials and all production stages, then confirm the completion time before production.

Do you work with legal entities?

Yes. Bank transfer payments with VAT and documents for your company are available.
