For orders following brand guidelines, send the colour requirements and permitted logo versions. Screen colours serve as a reference; requirements for matching brand colours and the need for a test print are agreed before production.
A corporate batch may include several sizes, colours and types of clothing. To quote and assemble the order correctly, we need a table showing the quantity of each option.

Specify separately whether all garments use the same images and print locations. If you need individual names, numbers or different wording, send a list. We will check feasibility and prepare a separate quote.
Choose sizes using the chart for the specific garment style. The same size label can correspond to different measurements across manufacturers.
We consider printing on customer-supplied clothing after checking the garments. Send photographs, fabric composition from the label, quantity and preferred print location.
We take account of seams, pockets, zips, fabric texture and coatings. Printing compatibility and working terms are agreed before you supply the batch. Where needed, we discuss testing on a sample separately.
For a logo, an original vector file is preferred. If you only have a raster image, send it at the best available quality.
Include the preferred print dimensions and an example of the placement. We will check the readability of small details and whether the file suits the chosen printing method.
